As long as it's in the same, excellent, resalable condition with any applicable packaging and tags still attached you will receive a full refund, with no handling or admin charges.

Our Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping on every order over £115 in the UK. This is to every postcode in the UK, regardless of location. This means if your location is Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands etc, you get the same free shipping option as every other customer.
We deliver to all EU countries and the majority of countries Worldwide. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full, if we have difficulty in despatching to particular worldwide addresses. Please note we do not deliver to Africa or South Africa. Please be aware of potential customs duty and your resident country tax may be charged by your delivery courier. You will NOT be charged any UK VAT from MI Supplies.
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to email@example.com where will do our best to assist you.
If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card or contact you via your phone. You can then re-arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe, MI Supplies Ltd cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour (preferably one that won't start wearing your fab new purchase).
