Your goods will be delivered on an award winning delivery services from DPD, Royal Mail or DHL. We could choose a cheaper delivery option for you, but we choose award winning, high quality people and companies to manage your order. By having 3 courier partners working with us daily, this eliminates any issues during peak periods, or if driver shortages occur.
You have up to 365 days to return your goods if not required (in re-saleable condition, with tags and bag please!). This is the best return policy for a site providing our brands - significantly! When we check other companies we feel this is at least 11 months better!
Every UK order over £115 gets automatic free delivery but you still gain loyalty points on every order, regardless of value. You can build these up for a treat, or take off your next purchase
To spread your cash, use PayPal and you can pay in 3 installments. You pay 1/3 at time of order, 1/3 exactly 1 month later and the balance another 1 month on.
