We recently asked our online customers, of which there are now almost 30,000, of any feedback they may have our company and how they've found their experience with us.
We were absolutely blown away by their responses, see some below. Thank you to all who took part. We had some negative ones, that we've looked at, took apart and looked at every way possible to make people's experience better for the future.
"I am sat wearing the new Carhartt work pants (let's use the english equivalent here, trousers!) I ordered these from you as your service last time was just like this time, faultless! Keep up the great work. Oh, and by the way when I find a supplier that also uses DPD my satisfaction of getting the stuff delivered increases 10 fold.
