MI announce partnership with IT firm The Northern Path
M.I. Supplies are delighted to announce a new partnership with IT firm, The Northern Path, by signing off a significant investment with the Gateshead based company, and keeping with their aims of company expenditure being kept in the North East.
To assist with the growth of MI, which has been over 20% every year for the past 6 years, they have teamed up with The Northern Path to introduce a new Sage 200 bespoke system to work throughout the business from admin, purchasing, warehousing and business reporting. MI have supplied over 26,000 customers in the past ten years.
Alex Ingham, Managing Director of M.I. Supplies is estimating a 25% increase in efficiencies and productivity, which in turn will keep the business lean and focused on customer service. Alex said "every member of our team is pushing for new efficiencies and improved systems, to meet our number one goal of excellent customer service, this we feel ticks all the boxes for us and our customers".
Joe Routledge (pictured above with Alex and Neil Hodgson, Warehouse Manager) has worked closely with MI looking at each possible way of introducing further efficiencies in to the business.
