MI Continues Growth Throughout 2016
M.I. Supplies have announced continuing high growth during 2016, bucking the industry sector of static and regressing growth, in the workwear and PPE sector.
Following a highly successful 2015 with growth of 19%, the first 4 months of 2016 has seen growth continue at 13%.
This proves to be a huge achievement following a hugely busy January 2015 for setting up a large customer in a new warehouse operation.
Managing Director, Alex Ingham confirmed "Our relentless drive for customer satisfaction, bespoke servicing to every single customer large or small and a clear determination to have the best staff producing the best results is paying off".
The company recently announced a £100k investment in to more efficient internal systems, which they have identified will take their customer service offering to an even higher level. In a complete reverse that is often seen in the UK, MI are continually looking at ways to pay their suppliers quicker, with Alex stating this is simply a moral obligation to other businesses.
"As local companies are regularly reducing local employee numbers, with reducing sales, I am delighted and proud of our achievements in the past 12 months - long may it continue for all our team!".
The company are unique in their industry in their fixed pricing promises to their clients, where they have been able to fix pricing up to 13 years, giving businesses great confidence in budgetary control and purchasing. By working in an efficient and lean manner, they look to control costs and then pass the savings on to their clients.
