To keep pace with MI's plans of investing locally and building up our customer service offer, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Debbie Wright to work alongside our Business Manager, Russ Lock. Debbie will be helping keep our service levels at an extremely high level, assisting customers with their questions and queries and keeping MI's values strong in terms of putting our customer first. The amount of work put in behind the scenes to keep service levels high is massive and Debbie will be crucial to ensuring this continues.
Debbie has joined us with a wealth of customer service experience, moving to us from Greenham and having also spent a number of years at Buck & Hickman - ensuring a great deal of knowledge in our industry.
