New GPS Locator launched today by MI

Today, MI have launched a special piece of kit, helping employers keep their employees located when working alone or in out of reach areas. Assisting with workers, especially working alone, this product is ideal to enable the worker to be located by GPS signal when the alert button on the Portwest GPS Locator V1 is pressed. The battery is a long life product, so gives you a month of usage, in addition it is rechargeable. You can attached the Locator V1 to your PPE or any safety garment that the worker has on them at the time, and then gives real time location about the user's whereabouts. The device has an always "on" button to ensure location can be ensured at all times. Critically, the product also gives a trigger if the user moves out of a boundary area or designated area. You don't need to use a phone or sim card, as it uses Sigfox network for connectivity. Watch our video here.
