Royal Mail Delays Update

MI would like to update our customers on the current issues across the UK with regards to the courier networks.

Due to the always increased volume of parcels in November and December, this always can create extra pressure on couriers.

Due to the current industrial action with Royal Mail and Parcelforce, this is creating further pressure and delays in certain regions of the UK.

MI have always got a back up plan to these situations, due to us using six different couriers, however the demand now being pushed across other couriers is now causing further issues with other couriers.

Please be aware of certain delays on your parcel being sent (this is likely to be the same with most sites carrying our brands).
