Our Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping on every order over £100 in the UK. This is to every postcode in the UK, regardless of location. This means if your location is Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands etc, you get the same free shipping option as every other customer.
We will send you a text message to confirm the exact hour that your parcel is going to be delivered to you. We will tell you the name of the driver. You can also track your parcel via a local map.
We deliver to all EU countries and the majority of countries Worldwide. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full, if we have difficulty in despatching to particular worldwide addresses. Please note we do not deliver to Africa or South Africa.
Please note if you are not in the UK and in the EU/Republic of Ireland you may be requested to pay customs duty upon arrival of your parcel. However, please note when you enter your address in the basket you are deducted the value of UK VAT.
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to email@example.com where will do our best to assist you.
If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card or contact you via your phone. You can then re-arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe, MI Supplies Ltd cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour (preferably one that won't start wearing your fab new purchase).
We think you will love our products that we send you, in fact we are so confident that you will love them you have up to 365 days, from date of order to return your unbadged products* for a full product refund. Yes, one full year - no quibbles at all, no handling or admin charges.
At present, we cannot refund your original postage costs or any return costs for sending goods back.
All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with tags & labels attached. If this is adhered to we will issue a refund for your item(s) upon receipt, with no handling or admin charges. Goods returned that show signs of wear, dirt or without all relevant tags and packaging cannot be refunded.
We cannot refund items that are dirty, no tags, have pet hairs or smell of smoke. Please always be kind and think of the next buyer of your product and is it 100% perfect condition. If the goods have no tags, we have no way of scanning your refund back to you. We are able to re send your item back to you with a secure, tracked courier but it will be at your expense unfortunately.
All shoes must be returned with their original box in re-saleable condition. If you are returning shoes, do not put tape or postage labels on the shoe boxes, instead place the box inside a postage bag/another box to ensure they aren't damaged in transit. We cannot refund if the box comes back in anything other than re-saleable condition. All our footwear is always sent in a wrapped bag or secondary box to ensure you receive your box in perfect condition, please ensure you do the same for the next customer if you are returning.
No quibbles, no questions, just a lot of confidence in what we do.

We do not currently offer exchanges. We will refund you for your product and you're then free to re-order in a different size or colour.
You do not need to contact us about returning an item, simply send it to the address on the returns slip, complete the returns slip and leave the rest to us. If you think this is great - will you tell others please?
