UK Shipping

We offer Free UK and shipping on orders over £115 in the UK. This is to every postcode in the UK, regardless of location. This means if your location is Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands etc, you get the same free shipping option as every other customer. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail and DHL. Delivery for orders under £115 is £5.99 per order.

We highlight a large number of items with the banner IMMEDIATE DISPATCH AVAILABLE this is on certain sizes and colours on the shown item. Please note at peak busy periods, this may extend to 3-10 business days on rare occasions.

EU and Rest of World

We deliver to all EU countries and the majority of countries Worldwide. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full, if we have difficulty in despatching to particular worldwide addresses. Please note we do not deliver to Russia, Africa or South Africa. Parcels are sent via DHL.

Please note if you are not in the UK and in the EU/Republic of Ireland you may be requested to pay customs duty upon arrival of your parcel. However, please note when you enter your address in the basket you are deducted the value of UK VAT.

ORDERING FROM THE EU and REPUBLIC OF IRELAND? - Please note as per EU VAT IOSS rules, MI ensure that all orders UNDER 150 EUR, we look after all VAT charges and taxes. You will have been charged VAT based on your delivery country's rate. You do not need to worry about any extra charges at time of delivery, we manage all of this for you. The ruling also states, orders for EU countries over 150 EUR, require payment of duty and taxes to your delivering courier prior to delivery. This will be your applicable VAT rate, incoming duty and any affiliated costs based on country of origin of the product. We will REFUND you, the VAT charge that will have been applied in your basket.

ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE OF UK & EUROPE? - Although this is not always the case, please bear in mind you may have taxes to pay, based on your inbound delivery country. Please check with your local tax authorities if you need guidance. Any orders refused at time of delivery, any refunds required would have any authority and courier costs removed from your refund.

If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to customerservices@misupplies.co.uk where will do our best to assist you.

If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card or contact you via your phone. You can then re-arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.

Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe, MI Supplies Ltd cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour (preferably one that won't start wearing your fab new purchase).

We only use reputable courier services to deliver your parcel to you with the upmost care.

Returns Orders over £135

We are the only UK site to offer FREE returns up to 365 days on such iconic brands as Carhartt, Snickers and Helly Hansen. All UK orders over £135 are sent a link to organise any returns you require, totally free of charge (if you have misplaced your email, please email customerservices@misupplies.co.uk). It is a very simple quick process and a thank you from us for dealing with us. We are aware of other UK companies refuse to accept returns of Carhartt products and therefore cannot refund you. This is NOT the case with us!

We think you will love our products that we send you, in fact we are so confident that you will love them you have up to 365 days from date of order to return your unbadged products* for a full product refund. Yes, one full year - no quibbles at all, no handling or admin charges.

To clarify, the time span is your returned item back with us no later than the same calendar date 1 year on from day of order placed. Any later, and we cannot refund, but we reckon that is a pretty cool offer.

All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with tags & labels attached. If this is adhered to we will issue a refund for your item(s) upon receipt, with no handling or admin charges. Please note we are unable to refund original postage costs from time of order.

All shoes must be returned with their original box in re-saleable condition. Please do not put tape or postage labels on the shoe boxes, instead place the box inside a postage bag/another box to ensure they aren't damaged in transit. We cannot guarantee your refund if the box comes back in anything other than re-saleable condition.

We cannot refund items that are dirty, no tags, have pet hairs or smell of smoke. Please always be kind and think of the next buyer of your product and is it 100% perfect condition. If the goods have no tags, we have no way of scanning your refund back to you. We are able to re send your item back to you with a secure, tracked courier but it will be at your expense unfortunately. Please note we are very strict on condition of goods sent back, to ensure our future customers only receive high quality, premium goods in excellent condition.

No quibbles, no questions, just a lot of confidence in what we do.

Orders under £135

If your order is not over £135 and you are sending goods back, we do recommend using a tracked service as goods remain the responsibility of the customer until confirmed as received back by MI Supplies.

You do not need to contact us about returning an item, simply send it to the address on the returns slip, complete the returns slip and leave the rest to us. If you think this is great - will you tell others please? Please note we are not able to refund your return postage or original postage costs.
